Project Overview
Next Level Paving applied protective seal coating to an existing asphalt parking area to protect the surface from oxidation, water intrusion, and wear. The work significantly improved the appearance of the lot and extended the expected service life of the pavement.

Challenge
The existing surface had surface oxidation and minor cracking that needed to be addressed before seal coating to ensure adhesion and long-term performance.
